Mobile Training
Using the gym in your building or our own mobile fitness equipment, Revamped Fitness Mobile will come to you on your schedule. Beginning with a personal fitness and diet assessment, the program will pinpoint your areas for improvement and then we will target them for measured change. Your progress will be charted and your health plan modified as your body changes.
Through using our fighter-inspired training system, you build a foundation of lean muscle that functions together with a quickening metabolism. And once this foundation is created, your body recovers more quickly from the odd day or two of cheat eating and chilling out.
The difference with Revamped Fitness is that we’re not focused on creating puffed-out or bulky physiques. The mind and body are fundamentally linked and we train clients in both areas simultaneously. Our holistic approach takes into consideration the mental blocks stopping you from achieving a healthy life.
