Event Training

Ladies Class

This class is great for beginners to intermediate individuals it runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:45pm to 6:45pm with the main focus on reducing fat, toning legs arms and abdominals, enforcing core strength, and improving the cardiovascular system. The sessions are individual specific due to the small class size usually ranging 5 to 8 girls.

Nutritional Corrective May/11/2012

This class runs twice a month and it seats 10 people maximum. George a CSNA looks through food logs of the individuals attending and helps brake down where the nutritional habits are causing stagnation in their fitness goals. The next class is on Dec 7 2012 reserve your spot to make sure you are one of the ten.
