Ladies Class

This class is great for beginners to intermediate individuals it runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:45pm to 6:45pm with the main focus on reducing fat, toning legs arms and abdominals, enforcing core strength, and improving the cardiovascular system. The sessions are individual specific due to the small class size usually ranging 5 to 8 girls.
