Nutrition Philosophy
We have all done it. We have tried it all from the latest fad diet in a fitness magazine promising fat shredding results in "6 weeks guaranteed!" to the trendiest supplement promoted by a fitness model who swears by it but in reality has never tried it. We are victims of our own impatience and self-indulgence, often getting into a wild goose chase in search of the latest secret for the quickest results in order to counteract an extended time of nutritional misconduct.
The secret is there is no secret—only adequate adaptation to foods congruent for the individual. Certain meal plans may work for a co-worker or a friend but in most cases it has little relevance to you. Scenarios that lead to frustration and reverting to old habits are all too common when it comes to adapting to new eating habits. Why isn’t the fat disappearing faster? I only gained a pound of muscle, how is that possible? We have all heard the saying “Rome wasn’t built in a day.” It wasn't and neither was the physique of the model on the cover of the fitness magazine nor the performance and endurance of an elite ski cross racer.
Our objective is to alter the way you perceive food and the emotion you attach to it—only then can the new modifications have adequate time to create results in accordance with your body type. The question is: do you know your body type? What blood type are you? What Ayurvedic constitution do you belong to? What is your glandular dominance?
We will help you answer these questions and with our guidance to enjoy and adhere to the new lifestyle changes. Which brings us to the next question: are you ready to be the architect of a nutritional program suited to work with a new fitness program that will ultimately lead to your ideal goal?
