Training Philosophy
Our philosophy is simple when it comes to training: “condition and conquer”. We all have goals and visions of what the body should look and perform like, especially our own. So seldom are these ideals followed with an honest approach. Shortcuts and fastest routes are sought out, allowing lazy and lackluster training companies to generate mass profits from people entering a cookie-cutter training practice.
To us this is not a job, it is our careers. We live and breathe our training system. Since 2005 we have designed and redesigned our training protocol by purging moves and equipment deemed ineffective through experience. We have selected exercises and a specific way to teach them in order to ensure a creative, motivating experience and to minimize stagnation in our trainees' progress.
Coupled with our lifestyle approach and many fitness events, it is a testament to what sets us apart from the rest. We take great pride in overseeing strength and conditioning for a number of professional and amateur athletes at the same time as having people from all walks of life and fitness levels train with us. A good personal trainer can guide a person to achieve their goals. A world class personal trainer can guide anyone and we are doing just that.
